I was selling my house for 50k and my niece and her husband who had worked with Ro 4 different times said just call her she may be able to get you more. I called Ro she said here’s a list of things to do which was less than 1500 dollars to tackle and she sold my house for 85k! That’s 35k more than I was going to make. I’m so thankful! This woman knows her stuff! She was in and out and said call me when you’re done with the list and tenant is out. All I saw was tail lights lol! It sold immediately. Multiple offers in 2 days. I’d recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy! We’re already prepping my other one for the market in 30 days! I’m very happy.
